Workspace Settings
Workspace Settings is where you manage members and invitations, edit workspace details, and reach billing, API keys, usage and the activity log. What you can change depends on your role.
What you'll find
- Members and invitations: invite, resend or cancel invitations, change roles and remove members.
- Workspace details: the workspace name, which only the owner can change with Edit Workspace Details.
- Billing: plan and subscription. Owners manage billing; administrators can view it.
- API Keys: create keys (they start with
ip_sk_) for the InsightfulPipe CLI and API. - Usage and activity: workspace usage, and a log of the tool calls agents made through MCP servers, the CLI and the API.
Common tasks
- Invite a teammate: click Invite Member. See Inviting Members.
- Change a role or remove someone: see Managing Members.
- Rename the workspace: owners use Edit Workspace Details.
- Change plan or payment details: owners open Billing. Plans start at $29.99/month with a 7-day free trial.
- Delete the workspace: owners use Delete Workspace.
Who can do what
- Owner: everything, including billing and deleting the workspace.
- Administrator: members and invitations; can view billing.
- Operator and User: cannot manage members, billing or workspace settings.
