Built in Prompts
Built-in prompts are ready-made instructions that InsightfulPipe provides for each data source, such as Google Ads or Google Analytics 4. Every workspace can use them from the Prompt Library, and agents can list them with the prompts_menu tool.
What each built-in prompt includes
- A prompt name and what it is for
- Full prompt instructions for the agent
- An expected delivery format
- The data source it works with
Use a built-in prompt
- Open the Prompt Library in the app.
- Browse or search for a prompt for your data source.
- Click Copy Prompt and paste it into your AI chat, naming the brand you want.
You can also ask the agent to call prompts_menu for a data source and run the prompt you choose. See Using Prompts.
Organize and adapt
- Mark prompts you use often as Favorite.
- Add tags and assign brands to a built-in prompt for your workspace.
- Click Customize to create a custom version with your own instructions. A custom prompt with the same name takes the place of the built-in one in your workspace.
