What lives in a workspace

• Brands and the connections assigned to them
• Custom prompts and prompt favorites
• Members with one of four roles: Owner, Administrator, Operator or User
• Billing and the subscription, managed by the owner

Roles in short

• Owner: everything, including billing and deleting the workspace.
• Administrator: invites and manages members, connects accounts, manages brands and prompts, and can view billing.
• Operator: connects accounts, manages brands and prompts, runs write actions and configures which actions each account exposes.
• User: view and query only, limited to the accounts an owner or administrator grants.

More than one workspace

You can set up additional workspaces with Create Workspace, for example to keep separate teams or businesses apart. Agents work inside the workspace whose accounts they query.
