Ads Libraries MCP connector

The Ads Libraries server lets AI agents search public ad transparency libraries for competitor research through InsightfulPipe's hosted MCP server at https://ads-libraries.insightfulmcp.com/. It covers the Meta (Facebook) Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, LinkedIn Ad Library and Microsoft Ads Library, with no account access to the advertiser needed.

What agents can do

Meta (Facebook): search ads by keyword, find a company's Page ID, and list a Page's ads. Filter by country, active status and media type, up to 100 ads per call.
Google Ads Transparency Center: search advertisers, list an advertiser's ads by name, domain or advertiser ID, and get ad details. Filter by region and dates.
LinkedIn Ad Library: search ads by company or keyword and get ad details. Filter by countries and dates.
Microsoft Ads Library: search ads and advertisers, list an advertiser's ads, and get an ad or advertiser. Filter by countries and dates, and use expand for detailed ad info including impressions and targeting.

Before you connect

No platform account is needed. You only need an InsightfulPipe workspace.
Members with the User role need an explicit grant for the tool.

Add Ads Libraries

Add the MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT or another client.
Click Authorize access in the browser.
Ask the agent about a competitor's ads.

Limits

There are no spend estimates.
Impressions and targeting details are only available for Microsoft ads, through expand.
The active or inactive filter applies to Meta. Microsoft country filtering covers EU and EEA countries.
Results depend on what each library publishes, and all actions are read-only.

Troubleshooting

No Meta results for a company: search for the company's Page first to get its Page ID, then list its ads.
Microsoft results are empty: set a country in the EU or EEA.
