Yes, if your integration has access to the resources involved. It can create and update products, categories, CMS pages and CMS blocks, and publish or unpublish CMS pages. It cannot create orders, invoices, shipments or refunds.

You control the risk. Limit the integration's resource access in Magento, and choose exactly which actions your AI can use on each store in InsightfulPipe. Deleting products, categories, CMS pages and blocks stays off until an owner, admin or operator enables it. Product and category updates are regular write actions that apply immediately, so turn them off where agents should not change the catalog. Restricted members only get read actions on the stores they are granted.

Yes. Connect each store with its own integration. When more than one store is connected, name the store you want in your request. Each store counts as one connection on your plan.

Magento integrations use OAuth 1.0a credentials. In Magento Admin, create an integration, activate it and copy the consumer key, consumer secret, access token and access token secret into InsightfulPipe with your store URL. InsightfulPipe stores them encrypted. Your AI client signs in to the MCP server with your InsightfulPipe account, not your Magento admin login.

Yes. It works with Magento 2 Open Source and Adobe Commerce stores that expose the standard Magento REST API and allow integration access.

There are no customer, cart or quote actions, and no actions to create orders, invoices, shipments or refunds. Stock can be read but has no dedicated update action. Revenue and product sales are calculated from the orders in your date range, so very long ranges on large stores take longer.
